Salix matsudana 'Tortuosa', Corkscrew Willow

The corkscrew willow is actually a cultivar of the Chinese Willow. The corkscrew willow is cultivated in America, while its root tree, the Chinese willow, is, as the name implies, native to China. It is very susceptible to cankers and rot, and, as far as trees go, does not live very long.
